Terms & Liability Disclaimer
The Tour Operator and its affiliated entities—including employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns—do not own or operate any third-party companies or individuals that provide goods or services for the trips and tours we offer.
As such, the Tour Operator is not liable for:

Personal injury, death, property damage, delays, inconvenience, or other losses caused by:

Any negligent, willful, wrongful, or unauthorized acts or omissions by third-party suppliers or their employees/agents.

Any defects in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instruments used by these suppliers.

Any acts or omissions by individuals or parties not under the direct control or supervision of the Tour Operator.

Although BLACK DIAMOND LIFE TRAVEL operates under the Host IATA number of DDT Contracting Services, Inc. (DDT-CSI), clients agree not to hold DDT-CSI responsible for any issues, failures, or problems related to trip bookings.

BLACK DIAMOND LIFE TRAVEL, KIM GAILLARD, and DDT are not responsible for:

Any accidents resulting in bodily injury or death

Property damage

Charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention, or imprisonment

Any other incident occurring during travel associated with a DDT-booked or DDT-sponsored event
By submitting this form, you agree not to hold Dancin’ Doug Travel (or any DDT-affiliated entity) responsible for any errors or omissions related to the event.

Travel Insurance Notice

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all trips.
BLACK DIAMOND LIFE TRAVEL offers travel insurance options and is happy to provide information and assistance. Even if you choose to purchase coverage independently, you must indicate your insurance decision—we cannot complete your booking without this confirmation.

Black Diamond Life Travel Cancellation

Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise to cause you to cancel your trip. BLACK DIAMOND LIFE TRAVEL always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it's not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Depending on the particular contract, there are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. BDL will assess those fees/penalties according to the particular contract/trip that you are on when resolving your cancellation request. BDL uses a Payment Schedule ("Layaway Plan") to help facilitate the payments and expense of the trips. The BDL "Layaway" payment schedule(s) noted for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made. Client agrees to be responsible for the layaway amount due at time of Cancellation. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective today and subject to change until a deposit is received.
CANCELLATION FEE:
From booking until 240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty of Total cost of room. 240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty of Total cost of room. 180-150 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 75% Penalty of Total cost of room 150-120 days prior to and up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty (TOTAL COST OF ROOM).
THERE’S A STANDARD BDL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $200 ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS.
